Potentially helpful, but not necessary

all ritual does is provide a platform upon which one can hone their power of intention to get things done. Ritual helps magic happen only because energy follows intention.

it follows that just because something has been said the same way for 100 years, doesn't mean that is the only way a thing needs to be said or done. Ritual is a tool just like any other. The original question though was: (paraphrasing) does learned tulpamancy skills enhance your magical workings? My answer would be yes, in the same way that other learned skills are able to be applied across multiple fields. But then again you asked for experienced tulpamancers...

There are currently a total of 0+ heavily occult tulpamancers present in this community at the moment (that I'm aware of). As a heads up, you may have trouble getting an answer if you're filtering based on that.

Which, anarchy does have its place, but for something as broad as the occult I'd hope it has serious real servers as well (edited)

it's the kind of thing that seems like it'd be annoying to talk about with occultists in a public online forum

the last i heard, there were occult servers that had tulpamancers in them, but no tulpa servers that were primarily occult

it's based from quantum physics. In the mindset of "there are infinite realities, a reality in which I turned left, a reality in which I turned around, etc." from that stems the belief that you can shift to fictional realities. Sadie would like to have access to friends and just a more "real" life, so she hopes she can shift to a world where she is physically real. (of course, this could pose problems if she actually was real, but it assumes that she would have had an entire life there). The main problem is that she might bring me with her and that we do not have that good of a memory of things so we might not be able to remember what happened there. (this explanation of it is small and only skims the very tip of it, if you actually want to know more about it, I suggest you research it.
